    目前市场上现有的弹性联轴器多为采用橡胶或金属簧片作为弹性原件,在满足传递扭矩及转速的条件下重量偏重,实际使用过程中也带来了柴油机及水力测功器轴承负荷较高以及柴油机曲轴甩档增大的不利影响。


 

    本需求针对船用中高速柴油机轻质弹性联轴器材料开发及选型希望找到一种新型材料的弹性联轴器,在满足相应柴油机输出扭矩及转速的情况下,自重大幅降低,并同时具备一定的径向及轴向位移补偿性能满足使用需求,弹性联轴器目标自重如下:
